Our Location and History

Hampton Bible Camp is located at 229 Lakeside Road, on the edge of the beautiful town of Hampton, NB. Nestled in the rising hills of the Kennebecasis River Valley is our 34 acre property, from which we have operated as a ministry of One Hope Canada (formerly the Canadian Sunday School Mission) since 1980.

Beginning in the mid 20th century as the "Atlantic Bible Fellowship", our site was a ministry training centre which operated a Christian high school, post secondary Bible Institute, and a summer camp for children and youth. Over the years, child and youth camping became the predominant ministry. Acquired by the Canadian Sunday School Mission (now One Hope Canada) in 1980, we have operated summer camps and day camps since that time, reaching tens of thousands of young people from Southern New Brunswick and beyond. It is very likely that you, or someone close to you, has been impacted by HBC in some way!

Our main facility, constructed by the Atlantic Bible Fellowship in the mid 1960's, has been primarily used over the years as a dining hall and kitchen (basement), chapel, offices, and residence (main floor), and dormitories (top floor). It has undergone many changes over the years and we are greatly blessed to now have a newly renovated facility that will last for several more generations of camping ministry.
